Surcharges

• Outskirt area / Exceeds 300 km
• Outside service hour (during 23:01-05:59 hours)
• Overtime: Exceeds 8 hours or service is rendered during 8:00pm-10:00pm (less than 1 hour of service will also be considered as 1 hour)
• If the overtime fee and the excess kilometer fee occur at the same time, only the higher amount would be charged

Booking Confirmation Process

• Please book at least 48 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.
• You'll get confirmation within the same day. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
• Please indicate your flight details (date, time and flight number) and accommodation details at the remarks column upon check out.
• If you need a child safety seat, please indicate at the remarks column.
• It's recommended to choose a recommended route or attach your itinerary in advance for better route arrangement
• Driver’s contact information and other related services via email 1 day before your travel date.

How To Redeem

• Show mobile or printed voucher and your valid ID to the staff before commencing the activity.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable).

Meeting Time:

• According to the designated meeting time set by you. (It is recommended to plan your departure time so that you can fully enjoy the sights)
• Please wait at least 10 minutes in advance for the driver to pick you up at the hotel lobby
• The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

Transportation

• Hi Ace - Fits maximum 9 people
• MPV - Fits maximum 6 people.
• Sedan Car - Fits maximum 5 people.
• Micro Bus (Coaster) - Fits maximum 16 people.

Note: Maximum no. of people is including the driver.

Tour Duration:

• 8 Hours
• Duration limits 10-hour per day

Additional Information

• There is no luggage storage for city / day tour
• Stroller and wheelchair-accessible
• A passenger, regardless of age (including infants), must occupy a seat
• Complying with Japanese laws, children aged under 6 are required to used a car seat
• The operator can provide only up to 2 child safety seats per vehicle for a cost. If you need a child safety seat, please indicate at the remarks column before check out
• One child seat occupies 1.5 seats inside the vehicle
• Due to time zone differences, all arrangement are to be made based on the supplier’s local time including cancellation cutoff time.

Deposits & Full Payment

• Full Payment is required upon confirmation.

Amendment & Cancellation

• Amendment is allowed for ONE (1) time only and must not be less than 48 hours before the date of selection.
• No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 48 hours before the date of selection.
• There is no refund value for unused portions of tour and travel services.
